Health coaching is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or psychological counseling. Michael Fine is not a licensed medical doctor, registered dietitian, psychologist, psychiatrist, or other licensed healthcare provider.


The client acknowledges and agrees that:
The coach does not provide medical care, mental health services, or clinical nutrition services.
The coach does not interpret medical tests, lab results, or blood work.


The coach does not prescribe medications, supplements, or medical treatment.
Any health information, suggestions, or educational materials provided are not a replacement for consultation with a licensed healthcare professional.
The client is solely responsible for their own health decisions, actions, and results. Any changes to diet, exercise, supplementation, lifestyle, or wellness practices are undertaken voluntarily and at the client’s own risk.


The client agrees to consult with a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new nutrition, exercise, supplementation, or lifestyle program, especially if the client has a known medical condition, is pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or has any health concerns.


By participating in coaching services, the client knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with implementing lifestyle and health-related recommendations and agrees to hold harmless, release, and discharge Michael Fine and ANCESTRALLY HEALED, LLC from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in coaching services.
